While many haunted houses opted not to reopen for this year's Halloween celebrations, did you know you can find to visit? Certain stigmas can affect the sale of a home, often negatively. Those include murders, suicides and yes... . According to real estate regulations in some states, the fact to prospective buyers if he/she believe their home may be haunted. In fact, you can hire to help you determine the presence of spirits in your prospective home. Better yet, research. Ask the listing agent if the seller suspects anything. Strike up a conversation with the neighbors. Google the address of the home. Look up local police logs to see if anything unnerving happened there.
