Each month, I like to share with you a peek into how the local real estate market is doing, from different cities and parts of DFW. This month, I'm covering Coppell; this small suburban town centrally located within DFW and with a fantastic school district and community culture is the target location in the eyes of many of my buyers. Since I do business and many fun life activities here in Coppell, I wanted to take a closer look at the market here.
Let's face it, this is a small market. If you have your dream of homeownership set in Coppell, there were only 53 new listings to look at in November. That's it. This is reflected in the statistics below. You, the Coppell seller, are among a cherished group; and you, the buyer, can count yourself lucky when you've found and closed on your Coppell home. Aside from the numbers, here's a little snippet of why we love Coppell.
