As you may have guessed already, most of the activities in Coppell are family focused and outdoor oriented. Here are just some of the things to enjoy:

Andy Brown Park East - the largest park in Coppell and has recently undergone a 25 million dollar facelift. It has a large lake (for a city park) and lots of wide open spaces and structures for picnics. It also has a children's play area and for an additional fee a recreation center with indoor workout facilities and outdoor pools and slides.

Coppell Nature Park - it has nature and wildlife areas, parks, hiking trails, is kept very clean and preserves the natural beauty of wildlife.

Coppell Farmers Market - open each Saturday during 'growing/harvest' season and then takes a break. Produce, meats, honey, plants, and a lot more (cookies, pasta, spices, soaps, lotions, breads, and more). Nice square, and fun play place and splash pad for children. Pets welcomed on leash. Very walk-able if parking on the block is full. Some very nice retail areas right near the Square also.

Theatre Coppell - a community theatre located in Coppell, TX. You will find a variety of shows each season, including comedies, dramas and musicals. The community theatre contains 124-seat boxes and comes from a former firehouse. We have attended shows there and every time it was so fun for the whole family.

Trinity River Kayak Company - a fun place to take the whole family. Enjoy kayaking down the river and take in the nature and the sun. The adventure begins at Lake Lewisville Dam and goes all the way down to California Crossing Dam.

Riverchase Golf Club - designed by world-renowned golf architect George Fazio, this beautiful course will challenge even the most seasoned players.
